You will learn how to listen to your body and befriend your fears in order to regain the freedom to become a better version of yourself.
Using exercises for connecting and relaxing, visualization, role-play, and others we can practice in real time difficult moments, actions that you are facing right now and explore together what we can learn from them, how to identify the growth opportunity they bring and also how to allow yourself to express your unique abilities.
